After the Parkland massacre, the Republican-controlled legislature and then-Governor Rick Scott rolled over and passed a NASTY gun-control package in 2018 that, among other things, infringed on the gun rights of legal adults aged 18-20 by banning them from purchasing long guns!
These adults can marry, buy a house, and fight for America overseas with various fully-automatic weapon systems, but the State of Florida treats them like second-class citizens here in our state. Outrageous!
The legislators in Tallahassee are moving forward with House Bill 759 and Senate Bill 920, that would right this wrong and restore their gun rights, but your legislators need to hear from you IMMEDIATELY.
